1st & 2nd hours:  KEYBOARDING-  using the Home Row. 

3rd hour:  TECHNOLOGY 1-  learning the basics of WORD, EXEL and Power Point.

5th hour:  CREATIVE WRITING- 

  1. Prompts- finish the writing prompts to make creative sentences.
  2. Business Letter- write a letter to the Cool Clothes Company explaining the problem of a faulty pair of jeans, your suggestion to resolve the issue, and your suggestion to solve the problem.  Use proper business letter format.
  3. Narrative-  Write a one page narrative re-telling the Cherokee relocation of the tribe to Oklahoma.  Be sure to choose the most important facts.

6th hour:  THEATRE-  students work in small groups to plan a play.
