March lessons

Students have received grades for February work.  If you have not seen a grading rubric, please ask your child to share it.  March work includes writing Chapter 3, "Families and Friends."  Work is due Monday, March 31st.  Topics include, but are not limited to:

• The ideal brother or sister
• Advantages and disadvantages of being an only child
• Why you like your best friend so much
• What advice would you give to a younger brother or sister?
• What's the nicest thing a friend has ever done for you?
• Write down your ideas of what you would like to be when you grow up.
• If you were a fairy god-mother, what would you do for a friend?
• Write about a favorite family tradition.
• If you were a parent, how would you get your children to do something they didn't want to do?
